• Place a bowl of water in front of you (represents Pisces energy).

"Beloved Moon, Beloved Self, I open this space in safety and love. May all that no longer serves me rise gently to the surface, and may I be supported in releasing it with grace.”

3. Shadow Release Writing

• On paper, write down emotions, fears, or patterns you are ready to release.

• Be specific—old cycles, relationships, inner narratives.
  

4. Water Release

• Read each aloud, then fold and place into the bowl of water.

• Whisper: “I release you, I forgive you, I am free.”
